About video
morehouse college was founded in 1867 with the sole mission of educating black men. Today, it is still the only institution of higher education with such a purpose. Thousands of students have matriculated through the college over the years, entering as men of morehouse and graduating as morehouse men. In this friday, april 12, 2019 photo, people enter the campus of morehouse college in atlanta. The countrys only all-male historically black college will begin admitting transgender men next year. The gay students at morehouse college today have never heard of keiron williams. And like most subversive histories, much of it has been buried, lost, distorted, or forgotten.
